ICT Applikationsmanager/in SAP HCM
Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen im SAP-HCM Umfeld für verschiedene Gesundheitsinstitutionen zusammen mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den anderen SAP-Teams
Durchführen von Customizing und Erstellen von Spezifikationen für Entwicklungen im S/4HANA
Unterstützen der Keyuser durch Schulungen und allgemeinen Support
Management von externen Implementierungspartnern (Koordination, Auftragserteilung, Kontrolle)
Umsetzen von Projekten im HCM-Umfeld zusammen mit dem Fachbereich
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
Abgeschlossene Wirtschaftsinformatik- und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
Mehrjährige fachliche, prozessuale und Customizing-Erfahrung im SAP HCM
Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Hohe Kundenorientierung, exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
